Yes. Go to Settings > Privacy & Data in your account and select 'Download My Data'. You'll receive a detailed file with all registered information, transaction history, and login records. The file downloads within 24 hours; if you need help, ask our support team on live chat.

Your personal information is retained for seven years after account closure for regulatory and fraud-prevention purposes. You can request deletion of non-essential fields (like phone number or address) immediately after closure, but transaction and identity records remain for compliance. We don't use closed-account data for marketing.

agensawer login never stores your banking credentials, card numbers or PIN. Payment processors handle all sensitive data directly. When you withdraw, we request confirmation via your registered phone number, then the payment provider sends funds to the account you linked at sign-up.

We use your data for account notifications, withdrawal confirmations and fraud alerts only. We do not sell your information. Promotional emails are sent only if you opt in during registration; you can disable them in Settings > Email Preferences at any time.
